Works great!
Works perfectly. The first shipment the valve leaked and has to return and buy a replacement. Stays on for about 10 seconds u less you keep your hand in front of the sensor.

This Touchless Bathroom Faucet looks and works great.
The media could not be loaded. We really like this motion activated faucet. Water turns on when your hand gets just inside where the water comes out of tap, about 4 1/2 to 5 inches from sensor as seen in my video.Doublecheck battery positions. When I first plugged in the battery pack the light would flash in the sensor window but no water. Make sure the bottom of 2 of the batteries are on the springs in the bottom of the holder and the other 2 are opposite.Install was easy. Instructions were pretty much useless. We could not get any better than luke warm water so I switched the hot and cold lines and can now get what ever temp we want now.

Looks nice, sits better without the base.
We like this faucet but because only 1 bolt secures it to countertop so makes it tilt when tightened. When we attached the faucet without the base it looked perfect, no tilting.

Terrible!
Terrible faucet, it was relatively easy to install and looked great but it never stopped running even after I disconnected the battery pack so I had to return it.

Nice faucet but has issues (2 of 3 defective)
CAUTION: HOT!!!I wanted to mention this first because there is no warning anywhere on the product. If you put the mixing valve on HOT, the faucet itself will get hot enough to burn you if you touch it. Unlike a traditional faucet, this does not seem to insulate the outer metal casing from the supply tube inside.I have persons with dementia in the house and this can be a hazard because they do not understand what the mixing valve does (I bought these because they kept leaving the faucet on). There should be a warning engraved on the top of the faucet but there isn't. I have at least put a sticker there until I can find something with better aesthetics.MY REVIEW:I purchased three for two bathrooms (see below) and installed two on the same day. They worked well for about two days and that's when the problems started:1. Water Hammer (rattling pipes)After about two days of use, the pipes in the wall would rattle when the faucet shut off. I purchased enough water hammer arrestors to put one on every hot/cold valve in the house (even where the faucets were not installed). This did not solve the problem. Further troubleshooting revealed that it was the upstairs faucet on the COLD side. For some reason the downstairs faucet shuts off slowly (few seconds) but the upstairs faucet is immediate (causing shock back through the system). The water hammer arrestor is supposed to fix this but it didn't. Maybe I need a bigger one?I bled the entire system of air and it also didn't help.2. Loss of COLD water supplyA few days after the water hammer issue started, I noticed the upstairs faucet would lose the COLD water supply intermittently. Confirmed by turning the mixing valve all the way to COLD. The odd thing is about 2 minutes after it stopped working it would start working again and then randomly stop. Seems like the solenoid has already failed (new batteries did not make a difference)3. Low pressure on COLD water supply (third faucet)Due to problem #2, I ordered another faucet to replace it. I had a plumber swap the two faucets and the COLD water supply works but it is about 1/2 the pressure of the HOT water supply, even with the supply valve open full. Interestingly, the water hammer issue has abated for now.CONCLUSION:Over all the faucet is nice. It is higher than a traditional faucet which allows people with larger hands or dementia to have more room to work with. The side mounted mixing valve is nice because you can adjust the temperature quickly without having to bend down under the sink. One faucet is quiet, there's a slight click when it turns on and off and the water slows to a stop over a few seconds. The other two make more of a "thump" when shutting off and the water stops immediately. If you're not too sensitive to noise it should be acceptible.I would recommend the product but I would caution buyers to be prepared for extra plumbing costs if you don't do your own work because there is a possibility that the unit can fail.
