Very good quality product. Works very well. The thread is heavy duty and the needles come in many different sizes. Great value for the money.

The only thing it's missing is matching set of needles so folks can saddle stick leather. Other than that, it's a near-perfect kit so I'm giving it a 5 star. The thread is very good quality and has just the right amount of wax needed - any more wax like a lot of the other kits sold on Amazon would be overkill and unusable. The needles are all very sharp and good quality which is exactly what you need for leathering. This little kit is all you need to repair your leather goods.

This waxed thread was incredible strong and durable. It was easy to use and the correct size that I was looking for. Perfect for the needles that came with it. Highly recommend for anyone that needs to patch some leather upholstery.

I feel like this is a quite good kit for the price. I used it to repair a seam that was unraveling on our pop up camper, so we’ll see how it holds up for the summer.

Good thread, however unable to puncture with needle to saw two or three layers of Sunbrella together even smallest needle of variety sizes in the package. due to its thickness.

I picked this kit up to repair some backpack straps that had started to fail. I needed something much stronger than standard thread, and this waxed upholstery version did the job without any issues. The thread is heavy-duty and the wax coating is consistent—it doesn't bunch up or fray while you’re pulling it through thick material. It made short work of the heavy webbing on the straps, and the needles included in the kit are actually sharp and strong enough to pierce through several layers of nylon and canvas without bending. It’s a simple, no-frills kit that works. If you have some gear that needs a real repair and not just a quick stitch, this is a reliable option. The black color is consistent across the rolls, and there's plenty of it to handle several large projects. It saved me from having to toss a perfectly good backpack.

So this came exactly as pictured and in a plastic case that everything fits perfectly inside for storage. These needles are very strong and I love the various lengths. The thread is also thick and strong! Inside the package it says “born in Ukraine” and no where are the words made in China. I am very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend! This all worked like a charm for my project and I know I’ll use them again!

Everything i needed for the repairs. And many items to make the repairs easier (Thimble, thread guide, seam splitter). Definitely glad i purchased this!
