Just as good as the leading brand high protein yoghurt! Great macros. Very nice taste - I got the strawberry one.

This is a really quick way of getting 20g of protein in that isn't a protein shake. is it the tastiest Skyyr not really and I think cost wise a protein shake would be cheaper per serving. 3 out of 5 stars might seem harsh but actually it shouldn't I think it's still a good rating. It still tastes good, and it's convenient. Cost wise I still think you'd be better off buying bulk protein powder, and thereby reducing plastic waste.

very drying
If your looking to increase protein intake its perfect, and adding to muesli or smoothies but on its own is very drying

high in protein , low in fat . Thick and Creamy yogurt !
This is my favourite yogurt , it's really thick and creamy and not overly sweet . I eat it with berries , granola or Oats . I've also made a high protein cheesecake with it too !

Better stick with plain Greek and add your own fruits etc
Too thick and craggy texture, would prefer lighter and creamier mouth feel. Not for me at all.
