The media could not be loaded. Sturdy and comfortable - there is a fifth leg you have to place onto base, plastic is thick and directions aren’t clear about how to put on. Took a bit to figure out how to place leg onto the base and still needed FIRM PRESSURE to secure into place. Once that part is over the rest is a breeze. Also I feel the fifth leg really adds much support to the chair. I suggest screwing the arm onto the chair body first - the arm is flexible so it makes it much easier for placement on the seat. The massager is wired so keep that in mind when setting up chair.8/10 set up10/10 comfort9/10 mobility (wired massager hinders certain movements)Overall this chair is well worth the price.

I’m rating the chair 5 stars because it’s nice and comfy however out of the box I realized that some things were wrong with the chair already. Not sure if this was on purpose or not.Firstly, the part on the side of the chair that connects the arm rests with the back was not cut out for me to put the bolt into so I had to literally cut into the chairs fabric to get to the part. Luckily you don’t see it because the arm rest covers it. Not sure if the fabric wasn’t cut out because people use the chair without arm rests or what.Secondly, the chair did not have threads where the bolt goes to connect the back of the chair to the seat part so I had to go out and buy nuts just to keep it in place as they were not provided.Honestly the quality of the chair is pretty nice. It feels high end but it feels like I was D.I.Y-ing some of the chair as well. Not sure if others have this but that’s just how my chair came.

Nice chair. Easy to put together

The company reached out and resolved my issues. I appreciate their concern.This thing was terrible to assemble. The base leg that has to be attached is horrendous. Hardened plastic to try to bend over and snap onto a "peg". I had to use wd 40 and a mallet to get it on. Screw holes were off and one was stripped. Handles for lift and tilt are way to far under the seat. Horrible . I would return if not already together.

Perfect gift! I surprised my son who’s away at college with this chair. He absolutely loved it! This chair went perfectly with his apartment decor plus it was comfortable. He was definitely pleasantly surprised with this chair!
