Amazing value
Pregnant lady here! Chose this as the safest option for Miami summer walking indoors. Incline saves time as I do feel like it gets more done in shorter time window. My kids love this machine too, oldest one likes running on it and youngest one hanging on the handles and using it is as monkey bars. Even our bengals love it. This is the perfect treadmill for a pregnant mama. Handles are awesome and I got this entering the third trimester, with a good 30lbs extra mass on me. I love that it’s manual as I have hEDS related lack of proprioception, meaning I don’t feel the depth of space as well as “normal people”, and especially when my body is flooded with relaxin hormone and I’m feeling wobbly and everything seems to fall out of my hands as is, these handles are great to hold on to and get this body oxygenated quickly to then keep going about my mom day.I put it by the sofa between my kitchen and the living room, so we all are walking past it all day long, to have a reason to step on it, even if just for a minute. I intend to use this a lot post partum and beyond. I’m so happy with this purchase!!! In fact I accidentally ordered three of these treadmills, thank mommy brain!!! Returns were quick and easy for the other two boxes. Hubby set this up quickly. Happy shopper here. Thank you!!

Space saving
It's perfect. I am 5 ft. and 75 yrs. Old. This small treadmill fits anywhere and is easy to put together. Very nice looking also.I use this for backward walking for 5 min. a few times a week. Research pros and cons of backward walking for doing it correctly tightening buttocks and not thighs is important! At my age with old meniscus tears in my knees this is a very wonderful treadmill that I use along with weight lifting for longevity as I age. Love it!

Hundreds of pieces and screws to put together
I did not expect this to need hours to build. I thought it was plug and play, maybe under 10 pieces to put together. I was very wrong, you will need a lot of patience and time and I have very little of both. I find the more pieces it requires the more of a chance something will go wrong, especially with something that requires moving parts. I wouldn’t put this together even if it was free.It is also extremely heavy. I can’t pick this up by myself without help. It states it is portable, but if it requires two people, then it shouldn’t be labeled as such. I bought this because of how cheap it was, but they want you to build this from the ground up. I highly do not recommend this for anyone living alone.

This is perfect for my small house and worth the price.
I bought this because New England weather often doesn’t allow for walking outside and I don’t want to join a gym. I put it together myself and joked that that in itself was a workout, (I’m a 66 yo woman who lives by myself) but it really wasn’t so bad and I was determined. It gives you a good workout because it is non-electric and therefore self-propelled. It’s much easier to walk outside but gives you better exercise in a shorter time. It folds up easily enough but the handles stick up so it wasn’t going to fit under the couch. Also remember I don’t think this is meant for jogging. It is a walking treadmill. I’m very happy I got it. It’s worth the price.

Probably fine if you can get it shipped intact.
The good: Compact and easy to store, walking uphill burns more calories for a faster workout, seems reasonably sturdy. Asembly was not bad, considering some of the parts were a little bent from the shipping damage and tolerances for parts are the usual "adequate" for a mass-market Chinese import. The BAD: Box arrived trashed, brand-new product out of the box had a torn handle grip and scuffed flywheel. Amazon will not replace the bad part - only option is to disassemble and ship back. It took 3 weeks to get here and Amazon cannot guarantee the next one won't arrive in a box looking even worse. Very disappointing, because this was a present.

Good for walking
The media could not be loaded. I’m an 55 year old women and bought this for my 85 year old mom. The assembly was easy, except washer #12 was labeled incorrectly as #18. You will need help with holding up the initial frame to the base. My mom helped. My mom is 4’11” and weighs 100#, this is perfect for her! I wouldn't recommend it for runners. It’s sturdy and easy to move and weighs about 50#. It is what it is, it’s not a peloton which would be OP for my 85 year old mom!

Great machine! Top notch!
This treadmill is basically a clone of the Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T1407M which has over 6 thousand reviews but this Kotia treadmill is better because the incline of the ramp is lower and can be purchased at a cheaper price too. The more popular (Sunny Health & Fitness SF-T1407M) has an incline of 13.5 while this one is 10. The lower incline is simply more comfortable to use. People who bought the Sunny one wish it was lower too as can be seen written many time in their reviews. As for the treadmill, this thing is great. I've been using it everyday for months and loving it. My research has lead me to believe that the non-motorized treadmills (like this one) are the best for walkers. The natural resistance when just walking is a great workout that will definitely make you sweat! I walk about 70 minutes per workout and I use my VR headset while watching my favorite VR bicycle videos to turn it into a fun event!. My favorite youtube channel is Dynamio 360's channel. He records his bike rides for VR and his videos are amazing! I use a VR headset which I have wired (or as they say, linked) to my PC and the app I use for viewing the videos is called DeoVR video player. with that setup I can stream his vids at 1920p and the DeoVR player has a "zoom out" feature which makes everything look even better because it basically tightens the pixels which in turn sharpens the video image even more. anyways, that's how I enjoy working out, with VR! check the image of my setup and then buy this treadmill! For a low impact, cardio guy or gal, this thing is top notch!
