Does a great job of measuring temperature, easy and quick to use. I've bought half a dozen thermometers in the last few years and this is now my favourite so even though it was a touch more expensive I'm very happy with this purchase. This is an excellent step up from the cheapest meat thermometers while still being good value.

OK I have only used this once to check muffins!It worked really well, undercooked after checking temperature. Put back in the oven for a few minutes. Another check and perfect muffins 🤣Easy to store on fridge with magnet and something I think I'll get a lot of use from.For the money a bargain.

This is a perfect temperature monitor. It has some very useful features including C or F display with back light to make it very easy to read. Very simple to use just pull down the prob and it's on. I like the magnetic back so I can keep it on the side of my cooker. Fits nicely in my hand and easy to wipe kleen.Would recommend.

This thermometer performed really well (I wasn't expecting too much since the price was low!) - we used it to test the temperature of river water for a school science project and it was fast to take a reading (maybe 3-5seconds) and read consistently between measurements. Before use I compared it with another (much more expensive!) instant read thermometer I have and at three different temperatures (ice water, cold water and hot water) it was always less than 1degreeF off, which I thought was great, since it is a great price. It also seems to be water-resistant since it was used in a river (so splashed) for 2 weeks and still functions great!!

I had an expensive instant-read thermometer, and it failed after a couple years. I bought a generic replacement from Amazon and it is doing duty in the kitchen, for barbecuing, oven cooking, and now air frying. The one here is for my aquariums, after years of using an infrared gun for checking water temperature. The 'gun' is not very accurate, whereas these instant-read types are very good. Fast response. Lighted. Has magnets in the back so you can stick it to something. Just don't poke your fish with the point of the probe, unless your fish is coming out of the oven.
