100% pure Macadamia nut honey from the Big Island of Hawaii

I have a nice collection of different types of honey from all around the world. I thought my Favorite was German Acacia honey until I tried Hawaiian Macadamian honey. The brand I fell in love with comes in a tiny glass jar and is ridiculously expensive. The taste is not far from this brand. I like that I get more for my money and I can squeeze it out of the bottle conveniently. This is my Favorite type of Honey!

The order came quickly, Puna Girl Honey is so delicious, the dark golden amber honey with the taste of macadamia nuts. I've tried several Macadamia nut honeys , but Puna Girl is the best I've tasted. My last batch of Puna Girl Honey purchased June 2020 is crystalizing this is the first time this has happened we have purchased Puna Girl Honey for several years. it still tastes great but unsure why it's starting to crystalize. any answers?

I was a little surprised by the bitterness I tasted in this honey. It was a beautiful amber shade with great flow and aroma, but to my palate there’s a lot of bitterness. I’ll end up using it for cooking rather than on yogurt or in something honey-forward. Tastes are subjective but I’m a little bit sorry I bought 2 bottles. They were also nicely packaged.

I fell in love with Hawaiian Honey at a Farmer's Market on Kauai. Their honey is a little less sweet, and flows more easily than ours, so it is easy to use and delicious!

Not cloyingly sweet, good nuttiness in the flavor, would definitely buy again

I think this is the 3 or 4th time I been ordering this one. It's one of my favorites. I'll keep ordering it
