Nice weight bench. Simple assembly with great instructions.
This is a nice little weight bench for leg extensions and curls; and for bicep curls. The listing says you can also do bench presses, but there is no rack for a barbell with the machine, so I won't be doing those. Assembly is pretty much straightforward as the instructions are very good and with detailed illustrations, and with grouped pre-packaged hardware (nuts, bolts, etc.) that correlates to each assembly step. For assembling items like this I always use a drill as that makes the process much quicker. The parts package includes a couple of little all-purpose wrenches for assembly, but I discovered those wrenches were too small for any of the provided hardware / nuts. But, not a problem as I had my drill, outfitted with hex bits and sockets for my assembly. The backrest of the bench is adjustable from flat to nearly vertical. The arm-rest for bicep curls is adjustable to three positions. And the weight mount accommodates plates having either one-inch or two-inch holes. Finally it comes with two spring clips -- one for the one-inch and one for the two-inch plates - just use the one that corresponds to the plates you're using.Once all assembled, the machine works nicely. It's certainly not on par with the equipment you would find at a gym. But at well under $200 it also doesn't cost what a gym machine does. And, as long as I can get in the workout I need, I'm totally good with spending less. Nice machine.

Just watch the video
It took me roughly two hours to complete this project from start to end. It can absolutely be done by one person and the instructions aren’t super difficult but it’s just pictures so the video was very helpful. They included a QR code straight to the video and that made me build this much faster and more stable lol I highly enjoyed that the all the screws were put together by step (view photo) it’s just as big as a weight bench you see in the gym so much sure you have the space. It does not come with weights.

Must have for the home gym
Great value. Some can be so expensive. It's multi-functional and really great to have for any home gym space.

Great bench
This is a huge value for the money. It was easy to set up and is very sturdy and feels solid when in use. The bench is large enough to do any exercise and is comfortable enough.

Great weight bench
I have this setup on gym flooring and it's very sturdy. I've been using this for a month now. So far, zero issues. Padding is good, firm but not uncomfortable. This is a nice sturdy workout bench. The setup took about an hour. The wrenches it comes with were a bit small and hard to hold so we just used one we had at home. I like that we have the option now for bicep curls now. I do recommend this product.

Great bench, assembly sucked
I love this bench and was drawn to it mostly for the preacher curl. The assembly is TERRIBLE, especially if you are doing it by yourself. The instructions are there, but it was broken up into WAY too many pieces, and you have to put EVERYTHING together.4 Stars

Not for Taller People
I was really excited to get this bench, but after using it I'm disappointed. It simply doesn't work for me. I'm 6'1" tall, and this bench is obviously built for shorter people. When I load weights onto the attachment and try to do leg extensions, my legs can't clear the plates which get in the way of my legs. The padded rollers land right in the middle of my shins, which aren't a good part of the leg for bearing heavy weights - they need to be lower nearer to my feet. The curl bar similarly doesn't allow my arms to go down far enough to get a decent extension when I try preacher curls, even at maximum height. The quality of the bench is really good, but it just isn't functional for my height.

Nice weight bench but needs more adjustability for taller people
I am like another reviewer. I am 6’1” and using the bench is difficult for someone my size. I am going to spend some time with it to look for noninvasive adjustments because I really like the bench and want to be able to get the most out of it. I will update this review if I am able to find a way to get it full potential to work for me.
