Extremely happy with this purchase and after purchase support. When the saber arrived one of the screws that locks the blade in place was stripped and wouldn't stay in place. I contacted the vendor and they immediately resent a tool kit with screws and an Alan wrench to fix. They even added a personal note with an apology that the screw was stripped. Very happy with the customer service and with the product. The saber is beautiful. The metal handle gives it a hefty feel and doesn't feel fragile at all. It glows so brightly. Would purchase from this vendor again. Definitely 5 star rating!

This is a beast of a saber. Very cool and very solid. It was nice and reactive to the motions it explains to do to turn on or make changes. I bought this as more of a display item but it'll come in handy for costumes for sure!

Beautiful blade and design. Just in my opinion, not properly balanced between the hilt and blade. For the hilt to be full metal and the blade itself to be reinforced plastic. It leaves a high risk of concern if it were to fall. Overall good product.

I just got this lightsaber today, and while I was figuring it out I hit it on the ground, and it broke. after not that hard of a hit, it snapped. Weak blade. great for display, not for anything else.

My son purchased this with his own money. It is HEAVY and feels like a high quality item. There are RGB LEDs down the entire blade which give it some cool effects with the motion controls. It is powered with an 18650 battery which should power it for a good while between charges. This is important because even though it charges with a USB C connector, you need to remove the end of the grip with an Allen key, and pull out the battery module to charge it which is the only negative I have seen so far.

I was ging to return the product because The blade dose not light up fully but I decided to go back and try to mount the blade again and I got it to work turns out the problem was pure user error.I recommend first turning on the sword in the way that the handle and blade would light up to make sure the electrical contacts make contact to the electrical pins and you really have to shove the blade in and hold it there applying continuous pressure and to use the longer bolts to make sure it stays in place. The media could not be loaded. First of all I loved the very heavy metal hilt. It is very sturdy for battle. It has great sounds effects and light options. One unique thing about this saber is you can control the color changes and power my making certain motions with the blade instead of hitting the buttons so you could even change colors during a fight. Assembly and charging is super easy as well. Tons of fun would buy again.

This beats the one that’s officially licensed by Disney. It’s pretty durable, color changing, and sound effects as well.
