I bought the smaller grill, but the book says nothing about automatic shut off. that was one of the reasons i bought it. no timer either. plse reply

I know nothing of the smaller griller.. However, this grill most definitely shuts off automatically after the timer has gone off. I turn mine on, set the heat, let it heat up, throw my sandwiches on and then set my timer. I’ve personally had no issues

Are these dimensions correct? 20 inches is very large!!

Grill dimensions are 10 x 9 inches. Still very good sized for a panini grill.
