It is good product for soap and body lotion.
I have used this product extensively to make soap and body lotion. It takes a few days for the fragrance to develop fully. It is a good product. A little goes a long way.

Smells like cough syrup
Don't know about vanilla, but it definitely smells like hospital and cough syrup. A big no to Vanilla. Have requested to return but Amazon has informed to keep the product with myself and has refunded back my money lol. Thank you not thank you.
