PLUS IS MORE!!!!!
Playstation Plus is a paid service that is OPTIONAL for users of the Playstation Network. The service provides users with discounts, free games, online storage and much more that I will outline below. The offered digital Playstation Plus subscription code is a safe alternative for users who do not Own, or wish to give their credit card to Sony, or use Playstation Network Cash cards.VALUEThere are currently two models of subscription; 3mo @ $17.99 or ~$6.00/mo and 12mo @ $49.99 or ~4.17/mo. Obviously the best deal is the 12mo offer. **This card gives you a 3mo subscription**PROS- Every month the Playstation Store will have featured products available for Playstation Plus users. This often amounts to at least one free "featured" game offered per month, as well as various other free titles.- Playstation plus holders will also receive special discounts on select items, which changes every month. The price reduction can be anywhere from 10% to 75% off an item or package deal.- Exclusive features! Automatic Download service to keep all your games up-to-date without physically having to launch the title. 150MB of online data storage for your save game files or data files (You can even back up copy-restricted saves)- FULL GAME TRIALS. That is right folks. On the boarder about that new title that just came out. Playstation Plus members get a "full game trial". It acts as if you physically bought the game and allows you 1 full hour of game play before disabling itself.- Early access! As a Plus member you will receive early access to game demos and be given priority when it comes to specific Beta invite handouts, Plus members are first to get access.- Free Plus themes and avatars. Not exactly amazing but who doesn't love free stuff!CONS- As a playstation plus member you have access and perks from all the above. BUT if you do not renew your subscription any Playstation PLUS item you received that was *FREE* such as a featured game, or maybe an avatar/theme will become "disabled" upon expiration of your PLUS subscription.*** Any Item you had to physically pay for, even if it had a special PLUS discount of 99% will not be disabled upon expiration of your subscriptionSo what it amounts to, anything FREE you get from PLUS is really more of a long term rental as long as you are PS+, while items you pay for even with a discount will always be yours.OVERALLThe playstation plus plan is not for everyone. However it is a plan that rewards its subscribers with plenty of perks and loads of content each month. If you think about it, at $4-$6/mo and a free $10-$15 game each month in theory the subscription pays for itself each month, not even factoring in all the other perks like the free full game demos. While the $17.99 card is not the best deal, it makes a great card to experience Playstation PLUS for 3 months without laying out too much money.

Enhance your Playstation experience.
If for some reason you can't purchase PSN credits directly from your PS3, this is an excelent alternative to do so. Pay exactly what it costs, Amazon gives you the code, enter it at the Playstation Store and game away. Thats it. Brilliant stuff. Now, about Playstation Plus, anyone who is serious about the time they spend gaming will find a lot of benefit from subscribing to Playstation Plus. Though I must say the $50 subscription is much more cost effective, but if you feel like getting a taste of what Plus has to offer this 3 month subscription is alright. If you only play videogames casually I wouldn't recommend it. But if you find yourself investing lots of weekly hours in games, this will be a healthy add-on. Store discounts, exclusive demos, and access to free game downloads... though by free they actually mean free as long as you are a Plus member. Consider it more of a game rental. Plus also gives your PS3 extra features like automatic system updates and optional cloud storage. So yeah, if you are a videogame fan, I would say go for it. Give it a try for 3 months and do your own math. You WILL tell if it feels like you "saved" or "spent" anything.

Plus is worth it.
I was a little apprehensive at first, being an Xbox Live for so many years, I didn't know if Playstation could match them. Never thought I would say this, but Playstation Plus is notch better than Live in my opinion.First off, you get a ton of different games, avatar pics, themes, etc. for free! It's already known to most people that these things are essentially rentals, lasting up until your subscription expires. Honestly, that isn't a huge drawback if you think about it really. You're paying about 5/6 bucks a month to play those games, which is a lot less than if you purchased every thing separately.Another big plus is timed trials. I like playing demos, but sometimes it still isn't enough when deciding to get a game. So it's pretty cool that they let you try out several FULL games for 60 minutes, which is plenty of time to figure if the game is for you or not. Plus it picks up after where you left off!Discounts are another thing to look forward to when getting Plus. Especially with the smaller games like Bejeweled and whatnot. The cloud save feature is really useful and I love how it automatically updates and keeps everything up to date on a set time. I set my mine to download/sync everything around when I'm asleep so when I wake up and turn it on, I don't have to wait for it to sync/download.If you don't want to drive around to get a subscription code, this is the best way to do it. As soon as you purchase your code, it's immediately sent to you! No hassle or anything, it's super awesome.tip: Get the 12 month if you're a heavy PS3/PSV user, I only got the 3 month because I was little apprehensive about the service, subscription services scare me haha.
