Fantastic stuff, I saw a lecture at university where the benefits of this stuff was explored and I wholeheartedly agree. I've only had one box so far but feel less hungry and more healthy. Take this pre biotic alongside probiotics for faster results.

These really seemed to work for me. I had less bloating and pain within 2-3 days. I think they're a bit expensive as a constant thing though, given what they are but I'll be keeping some in the cupboard for when I need them.
