I live in a desert area with a rock yard. I bought this so my two dogs could be comfortable lying in the sun instead of sitting on sharp rocks. They were suspicious at first but now use it all the time. I have to say, the thing is ugly, almost neon green, and looks pretty scary plunked down on the reddish rock in the yard. However, it’s sturdy and drains well and I can hose it off or move it easily and the girls like it, so it’s a winner.

I bought this to line nesting boxes for my chickens. It's a great alternative to natural/disposable box liners, especially when you have a mystery egg-eater who leaves behind egg messes. I would have to toss the Aspen-type liners before their effective life span was over, which really became costly, but can spray these off with the hose and replace. This turf is easy to cut to size, and the price per cut unit cannot be beat when compared to other reusable liners. I had originally thought of adding bedding/hay on top of them to make them more cozy, but the hens don't seem to mind to use as-is.

Item was as advertised. I was able to cut it easily and staple it down using landscape staples. It lays nicely with the contour of the yard. I use it for my dog to go potty and she loves it. It’s also very easy to hose and clean off. It drains great.

It was smaller than I expected. Shame on me I guess because there were dimensions, but somehow it still seemed smaller. The edges are unraveling but it still is perfectly serving it’s purpose. Definitely has a plasticy smell. Not unhappy but not the most amazing purchase I’ve ever made either.

I have a litter box on my balcony for the furchild, but she's a messy user. I needed something to cover the balcony and protect it from litter spills and nasty litter fungal growth (which apparently can happen with a combo of spilled litter, porous surfaces, and extreme heat). So far, it seems to be doing a great job but we'll see how it holds up in the summer and whether my balcony is truly safe! I'm hoping the drainage holes allow for some breathability, but that the grass is thick enough to trap debris.

I got this for my bunny cage and wookie loves to lay on it. The grass is soft. It traps hair well and its easy to get the hair off.

The media could not be loaded.  Small and cheaply made. The one on the left is obviously bigger but has a much bigger pile and much thicker. The one on the right was a little cheaper. Spend the money. I can’t seek to learn you pay for what you get.

I wanted something that felt soft under my feet for my balcony. This rug is so much softer than anything else I can find, it feel like real grass. It also does not shed at all. I have had it outside since May and it still looks great (southern facing balcony gets a lot of light). The holes drain well so it never feels soaked. Lays flat easily right out of the packaging. Would buy it again and again.
