The Perlage hand-held pressurizer has a pre-set regulator that restores the head space of a Champagne or sparkling wine to exactly the same CO2 pressure that existed in the bottle before uncorking. Can be used with The Perlage System and The Perlini System. To be used with 16 gm NT food and beverage grade disposable CO2 cartridges.
