Do not buy this product. It is not functional in an Intex pool if you do not buy an extra weight. I have been a faithful Amazon buyer for years and I have never had such a horrible experience with a purchase. I ordered these steps and both the seller and the warranty service were terrible. They do not help you at all. I waited 30 days for a response to my problem and the In the end they didn't help me at all.

I have attached 4 xxl sand bags to bottom rails, plus 2 lg sand bags, allowed water to get into the poles. Still floats. After spending over $400 for these steps, wish I had not purchased. So not worth the money or headache. Tomorrow I have two more sand bags coming and will attach those to the underside of the steps. This has to be the worst steps I have ever had. I should have just kept the steps that came with the pool. Would have been much safer.
