I've been using this for a few weeks now, and I really like it. I use it to hold ReliOn pen needles as well as a Lantus SoloStar pen. I did add a piece of 3/4" closed cell foam inside the lid of the pen holding side so the pen doesn't rattle around inside the case. The lid on the pen side clicks closed confidently while the needle tray seems to be more of a pressure fit, but I haven't had it come open in my bag or pocket yet. It does a really good job protecting the contents. I like that you can put the used pen needles back into the tray for safety until you can get to a sharps container. Overall it looks good, works well, and travels great.

Very nice case. Hold needles safely and keeps insulin cool. I bought two different colors so I wouldn't mix up my insulin. Really like it.

Kinda hard to open the pen side. Doesn't hold very many needles. Other than that good

A must have if you are on the go and need a safe way to travel with insulin. The pen needle holder is very convenient as well.

With summer heat, I wanted something to protect my insulin while I was traveling. This is perfect. I accidentally left my bag in a hot car for an hour and the insulin didn’t get hot. I like that it has pen needle storage and I don’t need to carry a separate sharps container because the used needles fit snuggly back in the holder until I find safe disposal. It fits perfect in my bag or the side pocket of my backpack. I don’t know why I wanted so long to order this! If you are on the fence, you should just try it out.

If I gave it less than 5 stars, it would have been user error. I couldn’t get my pen needles to stay in it. They flew all around. I was so upset. Again it was me. I watched the video and bam that’s what that little lip is. Just slide the pen needles in and they stay. I’ve never felt so silly. Love this product. I carry it with me everywhere.
