Nature's Path Organic Flax Plus Raisin Bran Cereal, 14 oz (Pack of 12), Non-GMO

I recently discovered this cereal at a discount grocery store and thought I would give it a try and it was cheap. Well...it's delicious! We went thru the one bag in about a week and now I can't find it anywhere in the local grocery stores. So, I tried Amazon and yippee! The only thing was that I could only buy it in multiple quantities so I bought 6 bags, and it wasn't cheap either! The cereal is very good though. It has just a hint of cinnamon so it's not overwhelming. The flakes look like Corn Flakes cereal but unlike Corn Flakes, they don't get all soft and mushy within 5 minutes of putting milk on them. They stay pretty crispy right until you take the last bite. They are not overly hard, just lightly crispy. My husband and I have been eating them every morning. A nice change from toast or bagels or from a heavy breakfast. P.S. They help to make you regular too. That's a plus!

Would have be helpful to know Before buying a dozen boxes, that the expiration date is less than three months away. As much as I like this cereal, it's going to expire before it can be eaten.

We buy 12 boxes at a time. It's great. Plenty of crunch and raisins

I received my four pack AFTER the expiration date!

Delicious combination of ingredients.

These were a real steal pricewise, and I think I know why. They were within eight weeks of their expiration date. They tasted fine.
