I want to add it to omlets or Mac and cheese. Freeze in small pieces, about 3”, so it always tastes fresh and Keep the Wrapper On.

Too much fat content in the sausage now! It’s not like the way Hickory Farms use to make their summer sausage. Very disappointing, it’s very greasy tasting. You can actually see the chunks of fat content in the sausage. And the flavor has completely changed from the way it used to be made. This used to be one of our family favorites. We will no longer be ordering this. What a shame!
