Will this work with a Kindle?

Yes, it works with the standard Kindle Fire. However, the Kindle Fire for Kids' safety features do not allow connection with Artie 3000’s WiFi.

How do i use this with an amazon fire for kids?

Unfortunately, due to the Amazon Fire's security restrictions, this is the only tablet that Artie does not work with.

Can you use different markers or dry erase with it?

I used the skinny dry erase markers on a dry erase board with Artie! It worked great! The wheels make marks because the ink stays wet longer than on paper, but it's still pretty cool.

Local.codewithartie.com isn't working. it says server ip address could not be found. it christmas day...any help?

As with any techy devices, we have some tips for you to try. Shut down your tablet completely for about a minute and restart again. Once your tablet is back on, turn Artie on and have your tablet connect to Artie's WiFi. Wait 40 seconds then open your browser and enter local.codewithartie.com This should do the trick!
