Worked great.
This pectin worked great. I made a small batch of plum/blackberry jam (wild from my property). The pits were removed from the plums. All the fruit was then weighed and 5% pectin was added based on the weight of my fruit (in the instructions). I added monkfruit/erythritol for sweetener. Cooked it, added the pectin and โsugarโ at the same time. Cooked it some more and then high pressure in my instapot. Nice thick jam resulted.

Worked great. Easier to use than the little boxes. Definitely buy it again.

Works very well for low sugar jams and jellies.

Not worth buying
Finicky and not great. Jam didn't set well (some gel, but still runny) and it does not work at all for low pectin fruit jelly. Plus, I don't know if it's the maltodextrin, which is an odd pectin ingredient, but I've never had pectin leave a bit of "grainy" texture to the finished product after full cook and process. I've been making jam for 40 years and this isn't the worst pectin I've used but I'll be throwing out what I have left because it's not even good enough to save as a backup.

Uses less & saves money
Love this pectin! Works so well that I need very little...only 3-4Tbs/batch with 1cup of sugar/4cups fruit...saves me money & tastes great!
