Works with my HP Ultra7 touch screen laptop. Also has the correct plug.
I was happily surprised that this transformer power supply worked just fine. The Amazon Ad for this smart power supply had a long list of the laptops that it was Compatible with. But my laptop was not listed. That was true of the MANY....ALL... power supplies that I reviewed on Amazon. I was confused. Why? Because a few years ago, when I needed a power supply to replace mine, which was worn out...the Ads on Amazon were much more clear with compatibility listings. When I searched Amazon with my HP laptops model designation, back then, ONLY power supplies were revealed that Matched my search parameters! That did Not happen this time. Instead, A rash of search results appeared with MANY other models of laptops and their associated power supply. I searched many times thinking I was not doing so correctly. I Never did get search results appropriate for my HP laptop. Very frustrating!!! Also...The ad for this power supply, didn't list it as a smart power supply, as I recall. I was concerned that It might fry my laptop. But success! It's flexible and apparently is Smart and switchable... IT also did charge in a fairly speedy manner. That's great. Recall that quick charges likely degrade this current tech Battery's faster. I'm already having to replace these batteries every 1.5-2 years. Crazy..that's with consistent SLOW Charging.
