10/10. So much better easier and gave me more confidence when having guests, that I wasn’t gonna leak. I would buy again if I have another baby.

So comfy!!
They are a little small, I would say. I got a medium and I was about 145 lbs before I delivered (pre pregnancy I was about 115 lbs). The mediums fit perfectly. I feel supported but they are not too tight. The material is also very soft. I’ve been putting other pads in them, so cannot speak to the absorbency but I’m not worried at all about leaking through the sides or anything. I ordered these from my hospital bed in my post delivery delirium and I’m so glad I did. Would recommend for sure.

Leak proof and non abrasive, must have postpartum
Highly highly recommend for first couple weeks postpartum. Takes away the worry about “gushes” while you’re out. Also very comfortable if you have any tearing since there’s a bit of a gap between skin and the depend… regular pads felt way too abrasive.

Useful postpartum protection
If you need something for extra protection postpartum, these disposable underwear are a good option. They provide adequate stretch to provide comfort and seem to fit as expected per the sizing chart. The absorbent pad part of the underwear offers good coverage and protection from leaks. Very basic design but there is a pattern across the stomach part to indicate the front.

Great for C-Section Recovery (With a Few Fit Tips!)
I’ve purchased these twice now and they have been a reliable staple during my postpartum journey. Here is my honest breakdown: The Pros: • Reliable and C-Section Friendly: As someone recovering from a C-section, I was concerned about incision protection and leakage protection. These provided great coverage and made me feel secure. • Aesthetic: They look like actual panties rather than "medical" gear, which is a nice mental boost during recovery. The Cons/Fit Notes: • Visible Lines: They are a bit bulkier than standard underwear. If you’re wearing thin leggings, they will show through. • Compression Marks: I’m 5’1” and about 145 lbs. I carried most of my pregnancy weight in my stomach, and the Medium size left noticeable indentations on my abdomen while it was still shrinking in the first couple of weeks. If you're between sizes or have a lot of abdominal swelling, I’d recommend sizing up to avoid the elastic digging in. • Texture Issues: Once my C-section glue started to wear off, I noticed the underwear fabric sticking slightly to the skin in the crease of my belly. Thankfully, this phase didn’t last long, but it’s something to watch out for as you heal. Final Verdict: These are excellent for the "early days" of recovery. They offer the peace of mind you need after surgery, though they aren't the most discreet under tight clothing. I would definitely buy them again—just maybe in a size Large for those first two weeks!

Nice
These postpartum underwear provide amazing peace of mind and comfort during recovery when you just want to feel secure. The maximum absorbency holds up incredibly well without leaking, and the material feels soft and breathable rather than bulky or plastic-like. The medium size fits true to form, hugging the hips gently without digging into any tender areas or incisions. They do rustle just a tiny bit under tight clothing, but under loose loungewear and pajamas, they are absolutely perfect.

Comfortable and very practical
These are very practical for postpartum recovery or any situation where you need dependable disposable protection. They are soft, stretchy, and much more comfortable than I expected. I like that they feel secure without being stiff, and the maximum absorbency gives extra peace of mind during the first recovery period. They are also easier than trying to manage pads and regular underwear when comfort and convenience matter most. The fit is flexible, easy to put other layers of cold & witch hazel inside. These are a useful, confidence-building product and something I would recommend for a hospital bag or early postpartum recovery.

C section mama
I do like these, but I’m giving them three stars. I’m a size 18 and ordered these thinking they would be stretchy. They aren’t big enough for my body, but I will use them. If your plus size, I would go with a different brand.
