Alma's Designs My Quiet Book Bright Cloth Fabric Learning and Activity Book

Contest for my husband to take for our toddler riding on his lap on the airplane for a four hour ride. Has been said our little boy loved it and it did keep him busy for a little while. The only thing is the parts are not all attached so you have to keep track of the pieces. I don't recommend letting toddlers play with this without supervision, but it's great if you have to keep a toddler busy while on your lap. It's super cute, and well-made too.

Bought this "busy book" for my 20 month old Grandson! . Well made with plenty of interesting pages: the lady bug unzips to reveal another little bug, it has snap on shapes, a matching color page, train with 2 little stuffed animals , a lace the football page and buckle the belt page. When his daddy (my son) was only 18 months old we flew to Europe (8 hour ride) with something similar to this. It helped keep him interested and quiet and me sane!

This book is very cute and well made. It doesn't quite hold the interest of my two year old son for very long, however I feel as he gets a little older he will be more interested in the activities. It is a great book to practice your toddlers fine motor skills, and helps them practice very important life skills, such as using a zipper or lacing shoes etc. It has a few small pieces that can easily be misplaced since they are detachable, so I recommend really paying attention when your child is using this book especially if it is out in public or at a doctors office, supermarket etc. My sons current favorite part of this book is the small detachable colored balloons, and the detachable shapes; however like I said it is easy to lose these pieces if not played with at your own home so just be aware since this book is a bit pricey. I definitely will buy more of these books in the future when I feel my son will find more interest in them, but they are very educational and well made. However, the purpose of this book is to keep a child busy and quiet, for me that would be helpful when we are actually out places doing things, but like I mentioned pieces can easily be lost so the purpose of the book kind of disappoints in that aspect. Although I do believe the educational value and strengthening those fine motor skills makes up for that negative aspect.

There is nothing like having quiet entertainment in the car during long drives to visit family! This quiet book provides just that... sanity for mom and dad while the toddler enjoys some bright colors and fun textures. I couldn't imagine going on another interstate car ride again without having one of these! We ended up picking up a variety of quiet books too, and love all of them.This is also perfect for keeping our toddler entertained during quiet time, since we are in that tragic phase where he refuses to nap... especially during times when our 3-year-old repeatedly wakes up his newborn brother.

I bought this for my 16 month old to play with when we are in public places where other toys are too loud and disruptive. There are enough pages to keep her busy for 15 minutes (a win in my opinion), but there are a few issues that keep me from loving this product. The zipper was glued to the page so it is unusable. Also, the balloons that velcro to the page for color matching don't have strings attaching them to the book, so when the kiddo is done playing I am on my hands and knees unders the table searching for the little pieces of fabric. I would get rid of them but it is her favorite page. The snaps on the shapes page are too difficult for her fingers at this age (not a critique of the product, but just a note on useability at this age). We still use this toy because it is so hard to find a cheap-easy to transport-quiet toy, but I probably wouldn't recommend it to a friend because of the issues it has.

Amazing toy for on the go to keep a 1 year old busy and quiet. Only thing I suggest is tethering the pieces that can be removed so they don’t get lost. Besides that, i highly suggest this book.

This was a gift for a first birthday. I love that it is interactive and can help develop fine motor skills. It’s the perfect thing to have for church.

Perfect for plane rides, the only downfall is my son loves to throw all the pieces on the floor. So I am constanly getting them and/or losing some parts.
