Smart looking, easy to use and very easy to clean after use.Latex lining inside, which shouldn’t be seen at all, was showing and was an obvious fault during manufacturing if item.However, due to urgent need of item and as the fault couldn’t been seen, my choice to keep and use was a good option.All said and done, 8/10 for look, use, cleaning and price. Fault a small price to pay.

Excellent jugs. Will be so handy at Christmas to keep gravy, bread sauce and cranberry sauce hot. Summer time, iced water stays cold for ages.

This is the nicest thing I have bought for many years. Classic, elegant design, superb quality and value. No more meals spoiled by cold gravy! Perfect size, not too heavy.

Lovel up market gravy/sauce/custard. Must say does look the business keeping things hot or cold

Jug looked fine in photograph but lid was lightweight plastic. Does not stay up on its own to fill etc.One has to flip the lid while pouring otherwise disaster -liquid everywhere. Not easy to clean, and past experience with these type of jugs prove long term dishwashing can result in them taking water into the cavity. That in itself would not have been deserving of only one star but the fact that in spite of heating the jug with hot water prior to use the contents were not ever more than lukewarm after a while. Top and bottom of jug do not match - top looks cheap and nasty while base is stainless steel. Too much hassle to return. VonShef is normally good quality. Disappointed
