I received the wrong product but emailed Smart Sips and they told me to keep what they had sent (a chance to try something new—S’Mores latte—pretty good) and they immediately sent me the correct product (Caramel Mocha latte). Really great product, reasonable price and you can’t beat their customer service.

I was wondering when someone was going to put an instant coffee mix in a K-Cup. If you don't believe me, then just check the K-Cup pod after brewing...it's empty! The taste is good, but it's not real ground coffee...it's instant in a pod!

This is more like caramel flavored water than coffee, and I didn’t get any of the mocha pairing. Plus there was an overall tang to it. Total bust.

Had to buy a bigger cup and run though twice to equal 20 oz. Very sweet and now tastes just right for me. Have a Cuisinart machine and also had NO problems with the pods themselves as listed by the Keurig machines. Also, however, did notice with some other brands that once I changed the internal settings to hottest level for brew --less mixture was left behind in the pod. Will buy again.

Nothing great. I mean it tasted good but so do the cappuccino k cups I buy at Aldi’s. I was trying something different.

This caramel mocha latte is outstanding! The flavor is absolutely heavenly! Just know that you use the 6 oz (smallest cup size) setting. For the price, it is already a great deal. Add the awesome flavor and it's an absolute steal!!

This stuff was sent from the heaven's. The banana cream latte is my favorite but it is sold out. :(

This does not work good with k cup good and the flavor is lacking a lot of taste
