Slim, Durable Protection That Lasts!
I bought The Muse Case for my 2018 iPad Pro 12.9 inch (3rd Gen) several years ago, and it has proven to be an excellent investment. Despite the time that has passed, the case is still in fantastic condition and continues to offer superb protection while maintaining a sleek profile. The Muse Case strikes a perfect balance between durability and slimness. It provides robust protection against drops and scratches without adding excessive bulk. The thin design ensures that the iPad remains lightweight and easy to handle, while the high-quality materials have held up exceptionally well over the years. One of the standout features is the precise fit. The case wraps around the iPad securely, allowing easy access to all buttons and ports without any interference. The cover also has a magnetic closure that keeps the iPad secure when not in use and automatically wakes or sleeps the device as needed.Additionally, the case has proven to be very resilient to everyday wear and tear. Despite regular use, it still looks great and functions perfectly, which is a testament to its quality and durability.Overall, The Muse Case has exceeded my expectations in terms of protection, style, and longevity. It’s a fantastic choice for anyone looking to safeguard their iPad Pro while keeping it sleek and portable. Highly recommended!

The best so far...
I'm reviewing the latest release of this case. ZUGU made a design change of some kind to fix a problem this Muse case had with the Apple Pencil 2. I'll give you the good, the bad and how this case compares to others I've tried. As my headline states, this is the best case I've purchased so far for my new iPad and the Apple Pencil 2.The Good:1. This is a very protective case. It is well designed and covers just about every square inch on my iPad. The cover actually closes inside the outside edges and magnetically locks into place. I liken it to a box lid closing. It's a very nice feature that I have not seen before. All the cutouts and buttons are in exactly the right place as well. The case is even more on the low profile side of things. While very protective, this case adds very little bulk.2. I really like the stand. Once you have opened the lid, there are 10 different slots/angle adjustments from nearly upright, to nearly flat. The support for the stand is quite sturdy and held in place by magnets. Once you adjust the stand, it stays that way until you pull it apart. The other nice thing is you can press, draw or bump on the screen as much as you like without the support collapsing or iPad falling over. I suggest looking at the video posted by the manufacturer. It may help you understand what I'm trying to say here.3. YES IT DOES support to magnetically pair and charge the pencil. It even has two secure spots to store the pencil/keep you from loosing your pencil. The first is in the molded charging/pairing port on the side of the case. Because it is held in place magnetically and this part of the case has molded sides to hold the pencil, it is much more secure than other cases. This will likely be where I choose to store my pencil. There is a second even more secure spot on the rear of the case that does not pair or charge. This is visible in the photos and works very well to prevent loosing your pencil.4. You can magnetically attach the iPad to any metal surface, like a filing cabinet, refrigerator, etc. While it IS a neat feature/trick, I'm not sure I will ever use it.The Bad:1. The part of the case that touches the screen when closed is also the part of the case that touches whatever surface the case sits on when set up. I didn't consider this when I purchased it. So... You will need to be careful where you setup the case when using your iPad. If you set it on a gritty or dirty surface/table top/etc, you will need to brush off or clean the inside cover before closing. If you don't, you could wind up with a sticky iPad screen. At worst, if you trap grit between the cover and screen, you could scratch the glass on you iPad. This is the one and only real negative I see with this case and the only reason I may purchase something else as other mainstream cases begin to support pairing and charging on the new Apple Pencil 2.Really, I consider this to be a 4.5 star case. It just has so many other things going for it and is sooo much better than many, perhaps most, of the other cases "currently" available, I did not feel right about choosing to give it four stars. My biggest challenge has been finding a case that both supports the Apple Pencil 2 and holds it securely as I carry my iPad around during the course of my day. When I first received my iPad, there were very few case choices available. The first case I purchased was intended to be a placeholder just to protect my iPad until something better came along. It is the Ztotop Case for iPad Pro 12.9 Inch 2018 purchased here on Amazon. It is the equivalent to the Apple Smart Folio, but 1/3 the price. This is a quality case, if you like this style of case. I'm not a fan for the following reasons. This "style" case, of which there are many, does nothing to secure your (expensive) pencil. There is little if any protection on the sides. When setup, this style stand is not very sturdy. It also only offers 2 positions as compared to the ZUGU Muse, which has 10. If you are a fan, I think the Ztotop is a good choice and a bargain price. I have now retired mine in favor of this new ZUGU Muse case. The other case I purchased was the TiKeDa Case for New iPad Pro 12.9-inch 2018 3rd Generation also here on Amazon. This is closer to my favorite style case made by Targus. Unfortunately, Targus (still) does not support the pencil yet. The TiKeDa seems to be one of a few, that in photos and description, all appear to be identical/made by the same manufacturer, but sold by different companies. I haven't tried the others though and can’t confirm this. With the TiKeDa, well, the quality was severely lacking. In addition... While I could pair and charge my pencil. The TiKeDa did nothing to secure my pencil. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy. I'll wait for Targus to release something that supports the pencil down the road and see how I like it at that time.In the end, this is the 3rd case I've owned and probably the 30th case I've considered, including visits to some brick and mortar stores. So far this ZUGU Muse is the best I've have found. My only gripe it that I don't like that the surface that touches the iPad screen is the very same surface that will touch the table top, your lap, car seat, or whatever surface you choose to use your iPad on. The balance of the design and features are all extremely well done and appear as though they will last.

Worthy of all five stars - I'd give six with a couple of changes
This case is absolutely worthy of the five stars I gave it (and there are VERY few products that I will rate that high).- It is built very well. The tactile feel of the case all around is great. Smooth enough to feel very nice with just enough texture that it doesn't feel like it will slip out of my grip.- The design of the variable stand angles is great. Ten different positions to choose from and they're all useful.- The magnetic fixing of the stand at the variable angles is a great touch. The stand ALWAYS feels stable and stays in place no matter how steep or shallow the angle.- The case is even PACKAGED intelligently with a piece of foam to ensure that the case doesn't get collapsed and damaged before you get to open it. Too bad Amazon is stupid enough to sometimes just stick a shipping label directly on the shrinkwrap of the box it comes it instead of putting it into a shipping envelope or box. They advertise this as being something you can stick directly to a magnetic / steel surface and "hang" your iPad by the case. While it does work, it's something I would personally not do. The concept of doing to be able to read a recipe while cooking seems great, but who wants to keep walking back to the refrigerator to read the next steps? lolThe stand's magnetic locking system for the kickstand part is pretty unique... Each of the 'tabs' has a magnet attached to it at the end and the base of the case has a steel plate inside for them to stick to. It works great.I would love to see a couple of changes for this case to make it even better...- There is a "tab" along the edge of the case that corresponds to the edge of the iPad where the charging connector is. While this definitely makes it easier to open with your right hand, it isn't as useful for folks that are left-handed. I would love to see them change the design to include the same tab on the opposite edge to mirror this one.- Apple's design of this iPad is such that there is very little edge around the screen. It would be great if there was a case available with just a little bit more of an edge to it as my palms tend to cover part of the screen now while holding my iPad (and I have the 12.9 size). Compared to my first gen Pro 12.9, this one isn't fully visible (screen) unless I take my hands away. Again, this is Apple's stupidity in design that could be compensated for with a case that's just slightly thicker around the edges.Compared to my first gen 12.9 Pro with a Gumdrop case and Apple keyboard, this one is slightly lighter (which means it's heavier overall because I have no external keyboard with this one). Protection is expected to be excellent.

Best iPad case I ever had.
I’m in Canada so was a bit concerned ordering this from the US. But they shipped it right out and I got it fast. It’s by far the best case I ever had for my iPad. The fit is so precise. Well worth the few extra bucks over the price of the cheaper covers.

On verra bien.
