UPDATE: After a little over a year of nightly use, the material on the inside is starting to wear thin and I can feel the hard pieces inside pressing on my face, which makes it very uncomfortable if not placed just right. Will probably have to get a new mask within the next few months. =(I tried several masks before finding this one. I love that I can mute it. The rest had an AI voice that told me when it was shutting off. Since I wear this to help fall asleep at night, that was obviously counterproductive. This massager is so comfortable, I often wake up late at night or even in the morning with it still on. I can run two 15 minute sessions each night for several days before having to recharge. The one downside is that the material around the eyes, while much more comfortable, isn't as easy to clean as the "plasticy" masks.

The heat helps with my dry eyes- for years, my opthalmologist has told me to use warm packs every night for 5 minutes to help alleviate my dry eyes. I did not listen to him...... However, with this eye massager, it not only gives me a massage to my eyes and temples, it helps alleviate my dry eyes. It also helped me rid of those yucky eyelid (inner) cysts- they are completely gone! I use this at least once a day- whether it be when I wake up or go to bed. Some may feel that the noise is loud- it does not bother me. You can adjust the heat, volume of the music and, if you want to, add your own music. I am fine with the "OM" music it provides. I recommend it! Enjoy.

Very enjoyable and so comfortable!I could not believe they were so comfortable and soothing for my eyes. The massage is so great and especially with the heating.On top of that, the music is so relaxing. It could put ya to sleep if you let it.

The pressure was too hard, the music didn’t adjust well. Not quite what I wanted

I was excited to use this product in the evening to relax in bed. I have not yet set up my own music for this. I did not want music so I was hoping I would be able to turn it off regardless. The corny built-in music is so loud that it woke up my daughter in the other room. There’s no way to turn it off and no way to lower the volume.There is no connection to Bluetooth nor to a smartphone unless the phone has a usb connection. I don’t have much music on my computer so I’m not sure of the musical options I’m going to have when I get to this task.The Amazon descriptions show five modes. I see maybe two, being able to access them only by clicking the power button a couple times.The instructions that come with it are obviously written by a non-English-speaking person making set up a little more frustrating than necessary.With the straps all the way at the loosest, it is still very tight on my eyes. I may use it on my forehead but definitely not on my eyes where they are too smashed.It is a beautiful piece of equipment. I hope to use it when no one is sleeping.UPDATE: I hooked up the device onto my computer and was able to delete all the MP3 files. It is now music free! i’m looking forward to trying this again without panicking over if I’m waking up the household.

This product was almost great, unfortunately the vibrations are weak, at least compared to the heat and compressions. The speaker is rather cheap and the soothing sounds are not particularly soothing through the speaker. The product does work to massage your eyes but it's not particularly premium for the price. Additionally, the unit uses a rather old microUSB charging port rather than the much better USB C cable. This older cable is not only prone to wear out faster but also needs to be plugged into the device in a specific orientation to work. I think this is a decent product but could really use some modern upgrades to make it worth the price.
