This item is very tasteful. The size is impressive for the price. Dislike recent price increase when I went to order it again.

Great taste for zero salt
Tastes great for a salt restricked diet. I made sausage 1/2 pork, 1/2 chicken breast. Says 1or2 Tbs per pound. Seems kinda light, but didn't want to overdue it. Next time probably double the seasoning. Or add garlic or onion powder. Not exactly powder, but I set the mix in the fridge overnight. Enzyme work. Ground pork had fat, but it cooked out in the fry pan. Might try it with just turkey.

Badia put the “Bad” in the slang “BAD”! Amazing!
Badia is hands down the best! I didn’t even have to put it on food to know that it would be amazing. Got my package, sprinkled some in my hand and tasted. Huge container and well worth the money. Badia knows what’s up!

Good pepper kick & citrus notes
Bought this for my husband & he LOVES IT, specifically for the reasons I don't love it. It's a bit heavier on the citrus/lemon flavor & white girl spicy kick from the pepper.Overall, the seasoning is very good, but I'd avoid it if those aren't flavors that interest you in an all purpose seasoning.
