Loud fans but runs great
I've been using this PC for about 4 weeks. There are pros and cons as no PC is perfect for everyone.First the pros:- It runs great. It's powerful, hasn't overheated yet, and plays intensive games such as Red Dead Redemption smoothly even at max settings. It probably won't need to be upgraded for 4-5 years due to the nice specs, assuming there are no mechanical breakdowns.- The PC is packaged well within the box it comes in (I'm not talking about the shipping box or materials), and it's clear the company goes the extra mile to make sure they do all they can to prevent issues once it leaves their place of business. I initially thought there were scratches on the glass but I just had to remove the plastic film that was on each side of the glass to see that the glass was in perfect condition.- There are plenty of USB and display ports that will probably be sufficient for most people.- The colorful lighting inside the unit is nice but I never see it as I had to put the PC under my desk. The remote control for the lighting works fine.- I did contact support about upgrading the PC and they responded on the next business day. The person who responded was polite and helpful.I only have 2 things that I wish were different.- It's not easy to add internal parts. I wanted to add an internal hard drive but couldn't figure out where to screw in the drive. I contact support (who was helpful) who gave me info but the effort required made it not worth the time (for me). I wanted to be able to just screw in an internal hard drive and attach the cable to the port but it's just not that easy.- The fans are loud. And by loud I do mean loud. Not jet engine loud, but probably louder than the PC you have now. I put the PC under my desk which did help minimize the sound, but it's still loud. I have bad Tinnitus that's with me every second I'm awake. I used to use a white noise app on my phone to help me fall sleep. Now I just listen to the PC fans. Would I discourage anyone from buying this PC due to the fans? No, unless you need complete silence. But if you needed complete silence you wouldn't be buying a desktop in the first place. So despite the fans being loud and the PC having limited options for adding internal components, it's still a gem and I have no regrets with my purchase. I'd also very comfortably and confidently recommend CUK to friends and family. If the company is still around in 4-5 years I'll probably buy from them again. I just hope the fans will be a little quieter by then.

Great Desktop
This is a fantastic computer. I only have one problem and one complaint. The sound didn't work and then it did, and then it didn't. It drove me nuts. It works now. The confusing was the audio "Output Source" kept changing from Nvida drivers to External Speakers. The only complaint I do have is no "optical drive." This caused a lot of problems when I needed to reinstall programs. I ended up purchasing that separately. This is not just CUK's problem, but, it is a major problem with a lot of vendors. It seems that there is little importance to installing a internal optical drive. Internal optical drive(s) are a must. I give this computer 6 stars. It is so quiet it's scary. It's fast and built in a highly professional manner. You can tell by the way it looks and runs. Great job guys! My future replacement will come from you without question. I do have one question. Liquid coolant. When and how do I do that?

Died in less than a year
This rig worked great! Until it didn't. We tried a couple months ago to get help with no success. Don't waste the time and money.

Excellent computer, fair price, some small flaws
I've had this computer for only a few days, but so far I'm impressed. The first thing I did was open it to check for loose wires etc. Everything was secure, and the wiring was excellent, with everything bundled and out of the way. Very clean build.I was a bit disappointed that the Windows installation was quite old, requiring hours of updates and numerous reboots to bring it current. Also, I became a little concerned when SFC /SCANNOW found corrupt Windows files which it had to fix. I also see that the event log includes numerous warnings and errors that the onboard WiFi adapter is experiencing many failures, and warnings that the firmware is apparently out of date. I wish that they had updated the mobo WiFi firmware before shipping it, as I don't have a clue about how to do this myself. And all those failure errors should have inspired them to check on the hardware more closely before shipping it.Nonetheless the WiFi does appear to be working despite the errors, as does everything else. I don't do gaming, but I've installed numerous modern software development tools and they are all working well. If anything changes I'll update this review, but as of now I consider this computer to be a good deal, despite CUK letting a few fixable flaws slip through.
