Good stepper but like most steppers squeaks.
The stepper is good - with readings for a few things but it makes a lot of noise.I drowned it with oil and it got a bit better but if I don't use it for a couple of says it's back to making noise.I've had another stepper in the past and it had the same problem and reading around seems like a very common problem

Works, but somewhat noisy and very narrow
This item works, but the "pedals" are very close together and to use this naturally my feet have to be halfway off of the pedals.The plastic stops on the bottom of the pedals do nothing to deaden the sound if you fully extend the pedal. I would recommend replacing these with rubber stoppers or placing a layer of high density foam over the ends.

Revised: Structurally weak and squeaky.
I use this stepper daily and it does what it is made to do. It doesn't have a lot of tension in it so it's very much a light stepper which is great as a kind of a 5 minutes every hour distraction in my office.My only problem with this stepper is it squeaks a lot, and I mean it really squeaks a lot. I'm fortunate to have my own office or I will not be able to use this in the office. Lubricating all the moving joints didn't help reduce the squeaking.Update: I have had to revise the rating of the stepper. It is structurally weak and won't really take much weight. I am 77kg and I use it about 25-30 minutes daily. The strut that holds the 2 steps is starting to bend.

So disappointing! And I’ve not even used it!
Stepper arrived in a cardboard box without any padding/protection surrounding it - only a poly bag. Bit of a hole on the box too. No instructions included - only an Allen key. Took stepper out to have a go but after a few steps, noticed some flaws. A piece of plastic (about 2.5 cm long) was almost severed off and there was a lot of imperfections/chips on one of the steel legs. Stepped off immediately to have a closer look and decided that it was being returned! Have chosen to have a refund rather than replacement.

The media could not be loaded. I am very happy , it does the work I bought it for, I use it every morning and evening when I am in the kitchen for at least 20 minutes and I really enjoy it .
