Be warned ...
Product description is wrong, at time or ordering it stated a 10,000rpm spindle motor. It’s a 775 with max 9,000rpm, BUT it comes better! The 9,000rpm you can only reach at 36V... well too bad they only include a 24V power adapter. At the woodpecker board you get sparks when plugging in the 24V adapter. The clamps aren’t worth the mark up either (just some cheap screws with wing nut and square washers).Assembly: when I opened the package I got greeted by lots of metal flakes. The V Sots had metal flakes and oil all over them. There was no instruction manual for the assembly just a page with a link and login data to download the manual... well they put the manual on a cloud drive and give you login data for that cloud drive .. too funny someone before me seemed to have changed the password for that account (because it was a regular account to which they provided the login data, so that one account is basically controlled by everyone who bought the cnc)! After googling a while I found another brand selling exact same cnc and their manual which partially matched and I was able to completely assemble it. The x axis is making horrible noises when moving and so far I wasn’t able to get any usable result in PCB making. I think the spindle or motor mount causing trouble here. The support; well you send an email and 24-48 later you get an answer that the person needs to contact the “engineers” which takes another 48hrs to get a response.Do yourself a favor and ignore the fact that you get some accessories like drill bits and “clamps” or the remote control unit. You overpay since all those accessories are lowest quality and do not justify the markup. You get the same unit for up to $100 less.I ended up with a return and Amazon was a always very helpful in the process.

Screws are too short
Came very well packed. All the parts are there, and undamaged. I'm impressed with most of the device, with one notable exception....the screws used to fasten the slide bearings to the table are too short. I can't put the thing together.Steer clear until this issue is addressed.

Great little beginners cnc.
This is a great starter machine but does require a lot of research to properly assemble it as the instructions are very limited. There are, however, lots of resources online to learn about this machine and how to get the most out of it.

Outstanding mill for size
This was an easy to assemble mill with very good instructions (just follow the pictures, can't get any easier). Took about two hours to assemble. The tools required where even included. Mill was sturdy and more than adequate for the materials it was designed for such as ABS plastic, wood and Styrofoams. With reasonable expectations this machine performs extremely well.

Great little CNC Machine.
I bought the cnc 3018 pro machine. The first one was defective because the z axis didn't work and I return it to Amazon. The replacement works like a charm. Remember, it is a DYI machine. it means, assembly and some calibrations are required for best result.I'm very happy the purchase.

This is a good investment for someone wanting to learn CBC machining.
The machine was easy to assemble because the assembly literature was easy to understand. The included driver made start up simple. Several styles of cutters is helpful for beginning operators to evaluate their needs.
