Review: Perfect for Backgammon on the go. - My wife and I enjoy playing backgammon at restaurants while waiting for food to be served, and the WE Games Travel Backgammon set is perfect for us. With its compact 9x14 opened size, we can set it on the smallest of tables and not have it in the way of the food after it is served. The manufacturing quality of the set is excellent and well worth the price. When opened, the board lies flat as it should. Although the checkers are naturally smaller than those of a full-size set, we find them quite easy to handle, and being magnetic they stick nicely in position if we slide the opened board around. The biggest complaints we have are trivial. With the closed set is the size of a large hard-backed novel, the wrist strap is not a good way to carry it, but it is easily removed. When open, the center bar is not flat from side-to-side, but that is more aesthetic than anything else, because the magnetic checkers stick to it just fine, even if the lean and appear that they might fall off. All in all, if you are looking for a small backgammon set, this is a great one.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very nice portable backgammon set.
*by C***H on July 12, 2025*

Very nice backgammon set. Pieces are slightly magnetized to stay where you place them. Case/board folds well and zipper seems good quality. My husband does have a bit more trouble with the small pieces. Overall, I love the set and would buy it again.
