Great price and works exactly as promised. It's a quality product and it works surprisingly well even on softer ice cream. It's bright and vibrant but that makes it easy to spot in the clutter of your kitchen utensil/gadget drawer.

My criteria for an ice cream scoop were dishwasher safe and easy to use, this fits on both counts. This ice cream scoop can handle my family's ice cream obsession and still looks new after many, many trips through the dishwasher.

I just got this ice cream scoop today via UPS along with my new red Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker. I'm one of these gals that likes for even my functional things to be pretty so this scoop really cought my eye. The picture doesnt do it justice. The raspberry part to this scoop is more hot pink than anything. Its a beautiful marriage of red and pink. The red part is hard plastic. The pink/raspberry part is silicone (or something like it). The head to the scoop is about 2 in. in diameter to allow for a generous scoop of ice cream...not like these wimpy metal ice cream scoops they sell at walmart and such. To get the ice cream to release from the scoop, you just press on the back of the head of the scoop and the ice cream just plops out. Pretty awesome because there are no little parts to mess up or break and its dishwasher safe.

2 Stars, because it came on time and packaged nicely. Not receiving the other 3stars because unfortunately, it didn't work as expected. The idea of this was what made me buy this product. The ice cream gets stuck, so you just end up using your spoon to assist. I even tried to allow the ice cream to get soft, thinking that would be easier but at that point it was just a regular spoon scoop. So it's back to my old fashioned metal scooper.

We use this to use for scooping mashed potatoes out of our pans. Works great and does not scratch the Teflon.

This scoop is fantastic for home ice cream lovers. Easy to get the ice cream off without having to stick your fingers in it or use a second utensil. Highly recommend

I tried using this scoop on frozen and slightly melted ice cream. Couldn't release the ice cream from the scooper.

I bought this item because my ice cream scoop (a good quality brand purchased at Target) started to rust - the coating over the scoop flaked off, leaving rust marks everywhere. Now that I have the silicone-based scoop, I definitely don't have to worry about that ever happening again! I read the reviews before I bought it, and I agree with others who have given this product high marks! It's easy to clean and it's dishwasher safe - I also like that it's such a bargain compared to other scoops, and it's just as good (if not better)! The scoop size is a little smaller than standard ones, but I'd prefer quality over quantity in this case!
