Q: Does this have vitamin D3 in it?

This product does not have D3 in it as it is not needed when just feeding bugs. D3 is necessary every few feedings along with Calcium which is used at every feeding for your reptile.

Q: How much water do you add to the crystals?

The package of crystals comes with instructions and ratios but I just put some in a bowl, fill it all the way with water and then strain it after the recommended time (typically 4 hours).

Q: Can i feed this to my madagascar hissing cockroaches?

You can. It may not be the most nutritious for them but I would imagine most roaches would eat this.

Q: Is calcium in the chow?

No matter what you still have to give your lizards vitamins and especially D3. Take it from someone who rescued a bearded dragon with MBD it’s not worth it to not give them proper calcium and ubv and everything else they needed. He’s so bad a vet that didn’t know his history before I got his records to him thought he was quadriplegic.
