Pacific Dualies 45-1608 Polished 16 Inch 6 Lug Stainless Steel Wheel Simulator Kit for 1990-2021 Isuzu & Chevy NPR / W4 / W4500

I ordered these for a work truck (2009 Isuzu npr) which was / is on its last legs, I mean it is a real piece of crap, but the company owner loves it so I will do what I can to polish a turd. I hope the reader notes my sarcastic humor was not intended towards this product. So these wheel covers came very well packaged and the chrome is very bright and clear, to the point it was hard to look directly at them standing outside. One can actually see the depth of the chrome, think custom paint job on a show car, yeah these wheel covers are that bright. Installation wasn’t too difficult on the front wheel though I did have some minor issues installing the rear lug nut caps. Mainly because of the dual wheels and I did not have a non marring extension. They have been on the truck now for about three months and still are bright and have actually improved the appearance of the truck.

The instructions included in the box were not for the simulators that were sent! It didn't take me long to figure-out how to install them. I placed a phone call to the company and complained about this not for my sake, but for other people. My answer was that I had received the latest version of these simulators (the new ones are over the lug nut mounting, the old style are under the lug nut mounting, hence the "e-clip mounting fixtures go on the front wheels and the lug extensions go on the rear wheels). I am very happy with the simulators as they cover up the ugly white wheels that come stock on these vehicles. No matter how clean you try to keep the wheels, when the tires are rotated to even the wear on the them, the flat surfaces of the wheels (which have rust and are scared from mounting and de-mounting the wheels stick-out like a sore thumb). These solve all of that and make the overall appearance of the truck much better.

Well the back covers are perfect but the front lug nut mounts need to be redesigned so they go all the way around the lugs and that would fix the problem

Bought these for my 2014 Isuzu NPR landscape truck and had a local tire shop install them. They've been on a couple of weeks and they are constantly coming loose and we've already lost one lug cover. If I had known that they are only held on with two lugs, I would have purchased different ones. Disappointed. Considering returning them.
