Tasty
There aren’t many halal bone broth options out there so I don’t have much to compare against. This broth concentrate looks, feels, and smells a little like peanut butter in the jar. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it is that and yet a little like broth at the same time. When mixed per directions, the liquid turns from a peanut butter brown to a milk white. It tastes a little like powdered milk crossed with meat sauce (we call it shorba in my language, the liquid that is produced in meat dishes). All in all it is a nice taste, though not what I expected out of something labeled “bone broth”.It tastes the same a week after opening. I usually use about 2 servings at a time to make one mug of the broth. I don’t know how to measure the amino acid, nutrient, etc claims. But it makes a nice alternative to tea in the evenings, when I don’t want more caffeine.

Perfect Item but Highly Fragile
It is an amazing item, I received a cracked and leaked jar last time. The bad part was I could not return or replace it despite of the open return window that has been mentioned in the description. I hope the seller puts more protective films around the jars and we receive two not broken ones this time.

Poor quality
I have made bone broth at home many times amd have done a lot of research on it and how to make it properly. This bone broth is pure white, it almost looks like milk. Bone broth will only be white when everything becomes emulsified by cooking at a high temperature. Good quality bone broth is cooked low and slow. Theres is no way this is good quality bone broth and not to mention I prepared according to instructions and it is insanely salty. I paid a lot for this because Ive been busy with work and dont have time to make bone broth but am really disappointed. I cant even return this either due to the return policy.

Tastes good with ACV
I like this bone broth. It does appear and taste milky at first but you have to add apple cidar vinager. Then it's tastes like classic bone broth but with a milky appearance. It pairs well with collagen and after drinking it I feel great. I took off one star for the milky appearance.

Amazing bone broth & halal !
For those who know the amazingly rich health profile of a bone broth would find this product to be just awesomeness in a jar.Simple ingredients, rich broth flavor and sea salt to give it some taste! What else does one need ? Oh yeah ! all the amino acids proteins that our bodies are, otherwise, deprived off. There are some negative reviews, complaining about taste. Well I respectfully disagree. This is a bone broth, not a soup. You can add your own flavor to it by adding spices or herbs or veggies. If the manufacturer added spices to suit one palette , someone else would complain. I think it’s unfair to complain about the taste. And honestly I just stir a teaspoon of this in hot water and enjoy it!If any issues at all, I would say the salt content is a bit high, specially if you are on a restricted sodium diet so maybe that’s something the manufacturer can consider ( make a low sodium variant ).But given that it’s the only “spice” in there, it’s not bad! Specially if you are using it as a base to make a bowl of soup, well don’t put additional salt! It’s like those buillions by maggi or Knorr.Someone also complained about the milky color Once stirred into hot water, yes it does turn milky but I don’t understand why that’s an issue. If you are making a soup and adding veggies or herbs they will impart their color. All in all I give this product a 5 star rating! Give it a shot but don’t expect a Campbell chicken noodle soup , because it’s not a soup, it’s a bone broth !Lastly , it’s halal! Which is really awesome! Halal simply means clean & suitable to eat. I am so glad to find a halal bone broth with health benefits and nice convenient packaging.

Value for what you get long term !
Usually the only bone broth I am familiar was the Indian variety with bones in it made by my mother. Now if I do have that I only eat it with a small amount of keto bread. This is perfect I put two teaspoon in a coffeecup and heat it in microwave for a minute and it comes out milky white and taste like milk. I will be ordering this every two months. I am glad I am losing weight and becoming healthier. Price is high but then again getting halal meat is not cheap and this will satisfy my needs for a few months. Also helps the brothers in Australia shipping and making this.

Taste is good
Tastes good to me. I like to mix it with turmeric. Helps me get my daily collagen. Love that it is halal.

Yum as in Tom Yum
This is wonderful. It is salty so I don't use it like milk. Instead I add a little Tom Yum soup base with the boiling water and a little cilantro.I eat this as a soup directly, but you could add some rice noodles as well.
