great product
Have been wanting an Orbi for a while, but did not want to spend a lot of money on it. It was great when Amazon had refurbished ones for sale.

Easy install
This was an easy install. I love how the app allows you to select which devices can connect to the router. My speed is a lot faster. Definitely needed this upgrade.

Useless
Even though I made sure I matched this with the right Router model number, ort would not connect, no matter what I did. I'm pretty techy and could not get it to work.

Risk worth it
This is the second time that I purchase a refurbished and/or open box item. Not disappointed at all. Risk is worth it. The packaging was done right, the product was clean, and it literally solved my one dead zone problem in my house. Open box is recommended.

Amazon return was deplorable - edited, my bad on the insurance refund
I bought the insurance for an additional 3 year insurance on the item. Amazon only refunded me the purchase price on the item and not the insurance. I can't even reach them. What am I supposed to do with 3 years insurance on a returned item? My bad, I found that the insurance item had to be returned separately. On the Obi, I'm still completely disappointed. The instructions were terrible, not clear. Support was useless. Setting it up was a waste of time. Performance wasn't all that good - no better than AT&T's Humax BGW fiber router.

Router not a satellite add-on
Be aware that this cannot be used as a satellite add-on to an existing system. You need to order the RBS20 model that specifically says its a satellite. As long as thats what you're looking for, then it's a great product that provides solid Wi-Fi connectivity for whole house use.

Super easy set-up. Download app and you are off running. Have over 15 devices on WiFi and not one issue of a bottleneck. Speeds are constantly fast
