Broke less than a mile of riding with default settings
Motors good, controller is garbage. Nbpower is just a reseller of off brand qs motors/controllers. This v3 motor is decent but I got less than 1mile and the controller is broken. Stay away from buying a kit from them. I’d recommend purchasing a motor from qs or even AliExpress and then matching a controller kit to it. You’ll waste money(as I have) buying kits from nbpower. They absolutely have the worst customer service. Broken english(which isn’t the issue) because before a problem happened I could 100% understand what they’re trying to say/implying. but they use it to their advantage once something doesn’t go their way. They start messaging all of a sudden in ways that make no sense and you can’t get any help. I wish I could share the messages I had with them to show examples it’s obviously intentional. But please stay away. Don’t waste your money on a kit do research on what speed/torque you want, match that to a related motor. Then ask copilot or Gemini to show a far driver controller kit to match it.

2 motors. 2 batteries. 2 controllers. 2 throttles.
I had a Btr 72volt 30ah battery with a 50 amp bms and the 72100 Sabvoton controller that came with the kit would not power on at all. Took a month to get the same type of 100 amp bms from China so I could just swap out. Which I did.Bike is heavy but decently fast from 0 to 45.When I took off front motor and 52v battery and only used the 72 volt battery on the nppower motor, the strain and hard acceleration was too much under the Florida sun and began to overheat 3 weeks after I got it. I injected statorade and haven't had an issue since.Heavy torque. Display reads over 9000 watts off the line. With no motor on front with 72volt battery in back, the front-end constantly wheelies and trys to throw me off.

Can not get parts
Awesome as long as it works. I got less than 300 miles. It just shut down. You can't contact them. You'll get lost in translation.

Great service until something goes wrong
Update... Now I know why the seller wants a rushed review. It was great while it lasted a whole month of usage. The warranty is no good... Hopefully the extended warranty purchased through Amazon covers my loss.

English till you buy. Then they answer in some other language after
Product worked but they stopped responding in English after i purchased and it was basically impossible to translate. Forget customer service. Buy at your own risk.

Absolutely Junk. Customer Service Anne-Aweful
The item came damaged and never worked from the first day. NB Power gives good companies a bad name. But then again this is how they do business. Do yourself a favor avoid them like Covid 19. If you don’t you will loose your funds like I did. Warranty is no good and they want you to ship the product back which will cost you $299 and above.
