Good Puzzle and Excellent Customer Service
Very nice puzzle from TekTalk. Crisp colors on the puzzle pieces and good fit of the pieces. We had a minor problem with the puzzle we received and sent a note to TekTalk customer service. They replied right away and resolved the problem in a very short time.

Beautiful puzzle
We were delighted to have this wonderful puzzle. All the pieces were there and a poster (should be smaller) helped us put this puzzle together in no time. I think we did it in about three days, spending about two hours each day. Having A to H letters on the back side was a great help. Without them it would have taken us much longer to put it together. The one thing I might mention is the fact that the pieces do not snap together so that if you want to move a large section it will break apart before it gets where it is going. But all in all this was a beautiful puzzle and fun to put together.

Would Have Deserved 5 Stars But For...
I enjoyed this puzzle and was able to complete it within 24 hours. It was sturdy and the surface picture adhered well to the wooden base. However, there is one problem that I think the manufacturers need to address. Most cardboard puzzles have some paper dust that you have to cope with when you open the bag. But this one, because its base is wood, has tiny wooden slivers/splinters. I was able handle them by patting my playing surface intermittently with a barely damp paper towel that picked them up. But as I was disassembling the puzzle and clearing off my puzzle board, my finger was punctured by one of them and I had to tweeze it out - ouch! I'd think this could easily be remedied by making sure the pieces are thoroughly sieved and shaken before placing them in the mesh bag (which was very nice btw). All this said, I'll probably buy more from this company because it was so much fun. But c'mon guys, I don't want to have to wear gloves just to complete a jigsaw puzzle.

Beautiful puzzle
I loved this puzzle and have ordered more of this brand so I can do more of them. The pieces are nice and thick and I just love having the letters on the back for when I get stuck. I wanted to frame it but I was missing one piece, the company sent another one immediately to replace it. I will save it for the next time I do it.

Hands down the best puzzle I have ever bought.
It was fun to do, not too hard but not too easy. The bag the pieces are in, is awesome, I am not sure what they are made of but between that & the pieces themselves are made of wood. This is a puzzle you will want to keep & frame. I will buy again

Nice but missing a piece
Beautiful puzzle and easy to put together, plus the letters on the backwards are a surprising help. Puzzle was missing a piece in a pretty evident spot and a few pieces were peeling which is a bummer but otherwise a nice puzzle
