Most Versatile
This rack is by far the most sturdy and versatile for the price. It's designed like the more expensive ones but holds up just as good and you don't have to pay an arm and a leg. It's very stable, sturdy and the perfect size and design, and very easy to use and assemble. No missing parts, everything arrived in one piece.

good purchased
I recently bought the K KiNGKANG Power Tower and it’s been a solid addition to my home gym. The frame feels sturdy and stable once assembled, and I like that the height can be adjusted to fit different exercises. It’s versatile enough for pull-ups, dips, knee raises, and push-ups, so I can work several muscle groups in one station. The padding on the backrest and arm supports makes workouts more comfortable. Assembly took a little time, but the instructions were clear. Great value for the price!

Chin up son
For the price, it's pretty good. We've never used a station like this.If looking for a really inexpensive option, keep an eye on this.Assembly was pretty easy, directions not great but not hard to figure out. Bar seems like it should be higher and come further away from the back of the unit. Padding on armrests is pretty cheap and it Feels like the whole unit needs more stability also. Never used a station like this, but we are performing pull ups and chin ups with our back against the backrest because it feels more stable that way, but not really enough room. If you want a solid well made unit just spend the extra money. If you're looking to get as cheap as possible, just watch for one of these kingkang wingwangs to go on clearance.

It's great for a 6' tall person who is up to 215 lbs weight
WOW! GREAT! I'm 215 lbs weight, 6' tall. This is definitely a solid piece of equipment and reasonably sturdy if you're gentle with it.For the price it's unbelievably efficient and good and the bar handles on the top make for great pull-ups in different formations including curls. The height adjustment goes very tall as well. About 7 and 1/2 ft tall. You can grip the handlebars. Easy to put together but the key is making sure you put it together tightly and firmly and it even comes with the tools to do so. You could fairly easily move it around your house as well. There is the smallest Dent that's almost unnoticeable on one of the large pieces but that does not interfere with it at all. I got the $16 protection plan for 2 years to replace Parts if necessary as the foam on these types of things can break down over time on the handlebars or the backrest or the elbow rests or grips but that's with most products. But it looks very firm and sturdy to me as of now and I was able to build it fairly quickly. I do recommend putting the screws in on the bottom of the legs first though.

Fabulous Tool for Stretching and Strengthening your Body!
My husband LOVES this tool. Very well made and stable. He said it was so easy to assemble and feels it helps to stretch out his back and having it in the home is so convenient.

Not stable
The price is great, but the bar isn’t very stable. The grips can be uncomfortable on the hands, and the design for ab exercises is too low, so my feet end up touching the floor.

Pretty good
Its a little woobly when doing pull ups but its pretty sturdy and gets the job done

Defective Parts, Seller lied
Piece of equipment came defective. A hole was not properly punch out so I could not put a bolt all the way through as intended. I reached out to the seller. Seller said they would refund me $50 if I could fix this problem on my own. So I then did fix this on my own. But the seller never followed through on giving me the refund $50 as they previously told me. I wouldn't buy from this seller again. Got defective parts. And no trust on seller that didn't follow through on the refund. Buy elsewhere.
