been using this for almost everyday for the last 25 days since purchased nd I couldn't be more happier.. no regrets buying this item. here are my reasons:• easy to operate, can do well in any carpets. I have 4 kinds of carpet• very easy to store• grab and vacuum• the vacuum head is moving 360° and can reach to small spaces• easy to clean filter and the canister• I like how it's not very light and not too heavy• suction is very strong• comes with 2 extra attachments. a pointy and a round brush with it.although the wire is not suitable in UAE, I am using adaptor. the wire hanger in this vacuum is a bit loose, it keeps on falling at times although I don't mind but I wish I could be more tighter.

I loved this when I purchased it, it was amazing for the price even for my rug.I didn't like that it came with a 2 pin plug or that the cable was so short I had to keep unplugging to move around the living room.Annoyingly my cable holder kept falling off.It was easy to clean out and the tools are useful.Just over a month later my suction disappeared! So I returned it.It does recommend to wash the filter regularly but that still didn't help maintain my suction.
