Regular purchaser. I use this annually to clean/descale our water heater.

I have used vinegar to clean my tankless water heater. It probably worked a little. I tried this product and it was much more effective. Cost wise probably the same as buying a lot of vinegar, but easier to use, dispose, and more effective. I will use this going forward to keep my heater in good condition.

Seemed to work well to clean my tankless.

The drain line for our air conditioner was plumbed in an odd way under our house, so it doesn't drain very well and gets clogged easily with a lot of the slimy gunk that builds up in AC drain lines. We had constant problems with it getting so clogged that the AC would shut off and we've have to use a shop vac to clean it out. But just doing this wasn't fully handling the problem. We then had our AC guy blow out the line with compressed air, and then followed that up with using Chromex Descaling Solution to really clean the line, and we haven't had any problems since. This is so important to us, as we live in Florida and you cannot live through a Florida summer without your AC being available 24/7!

Product works as advertised

I prefer this over the vinegar route (just personal preference) seems to do the trick, we neglected our tank for longer than what is recommended but this cleared it out very nicely. It's a very simple process and is one of those jobs that people pay ridiculous money to have performed to find out they could have done it them selves.

This product works. Our house is was built 2020 and from then to now 2024 we never cleaned the tankless water heater. So imagine what it would be like for people with old pipes who never did this. Yuck! Great product will order more.
