Q: When kneeling on this, do you feel the wood underneath?

The padding is thick and medium hard. I do not feel the wood at all when kneeling. Both of my knees have been operated on and I do not have pain from the tabletop when kneeling.

Q: does it have holes to add the head reast?>

I don’t know exactly what they are for, but there are 2 holes on each end. They could easily be for head and/or foot extensions I suppose

Q: is a table says 24 inch height is that 2 inch hard foam top included or not

It is well padded and extremely comfortable.
