Missing item
Seller shipped 3 items instead of 4 items. Replacement also unsuccessfull. Quality of item is good but seller should check and pack the items for what they get paid.

Overall good build quality but..
I have used this product batch (4 nos). Body , clip quality is good. But steel rope broken due to usage of about 30 days. Breakage location is near the ring area where it is getting twisted during daily handling and usage of ID cards. This happened with All the 4 nos. Only this one to be improved which can improve its life.

It's fiber or plastic not steel wire , fake product
This is not heavy duty steel wire it's fiber or plastic rolled .And even the wheel is not working the wire cut off easily even with rare usage dont buy, its waste of money. Highly disappointed . I have attached images see how it is cut later after checking it's fiber.

The built quality is not good. The finishing of the base product itself is missing. The string inside is not durable.In short .. itâs not value for money.

Quality not up to the mark.
The quality of the product is not up to the mark. The wire of one of my metal badge was broken after a couple of hours of use. Also, the quality of the product needs improvement.
