Was awesome smelling as fresh Yuzu should be. Floral with lime/orange citrus. Glad I have some Yuzu trees growing. Never is cheap no matter where you buy it.

Delightful citrus flavor!
It is difficult to describe the flavor of Yuzu without tasting it. It is like a cross between a lemon and a lime but with a more subtle citrus note. That being said, this version of Yuzu juice is its most refined and pleasant! I have used to make dressings and have added it to margaritas (which I highly recommend!). You will be impressed with the flavor and a little goes a long way!

Delicious yuzu flavor
Purchased as an ingredient for dressings I make (shh-I like to dupe all the S*kara recipes). Has a great slightly- sweet-tart-citrusy flavor. The bottle is tiny, but I can deal with that. No weird added ingredients.
