An easy to use ORS
Just drop a tablet into 250ml of water and wait for it to dissolve - about a minute. And your ORS drink is ready.I chose the orange flavor and found it very mildly flavored. I would have preferred a stronger flavor.I chose this ORS because of its Potassium, Magnesium content levels which, I believe, give the human body essential salts to maintain a healthy level.The tablet fizzes instantly. I found the tablet is wider than the mouth of a standard 250ml packaged water bottle. Neither is it easy to break it into 2 halves to fit the opening. This can be a bit inconvenient if you are looking to have an ORS on the go.

Good and Value for Money
Effective product, I used it for long run or trail walk rehydration. Tastes good, packaging and delivery was on time. Not sure on Sugar or artificial sweetener content.
