The plant had a heat pack wrapped around the pot to keep it warm in the cold winter. The soil was moist and the ivy very green and bouncy. Thank you for going the extra step to keep the plant alive in transit.

Excellent plant
Ordering plants by mail can be a gamble, but I am so impressed by this ivy. It arrived super lush, super healthy and pest-free. I transplanted it to a pot and it's doing great. I appreciated the inclusion of a small climbing stake as well. Superb quality, I'd order from them again.
