Worst seller ever. Buyers beware! It is currently April 13th and I still have not received a refund or credit or anything... And I ordered this in early february, it was sent not working, I couldn't just return it at whole foods, this is the worst customer service / experience I've ever had ordering anywhere.They sent the item USPS, which took forever, then the delivery was over a week late. Then I open this new item and the laser is defective on the mouse and it isn't even usable. Tested 2 other mice I own on two computers confirming this is defective. Can't even just return it to whole foods like normal bc it's a stupid USPS order... Could not be more pissed

I had the older generation of voodoo mouse from HP. it works perfectly but after 5 years, it finally dies. I needed something with fast DPI switch and still have indicator of which level it is currently on. This mouse works fine but when you shake it, it makes noise as though it have a ball in it. It is also slightly heavier than the older model.

This mouse design is based on HP VoodooDNA Mouse. That Mouse was better because the plastic they used feels more smooth. The mouse ergonomics is excellent but the tactile feel is off because they used worse plastics (where you rest your palms). It feels a bit more coarse and rubbery to the touch compared to the older version. They don't make products like they used to.
