No, it doesn’t. You can drop the mattress down to the lowest level and remove the front of the crib, but it doesn’t include the toddler guard rail or full size bed slats. You can purchase them directly from the Delta website though.

Purchased this crib and it arrived last week. The paint smell penetrated through the box before opening. Once opened, the smell was very strong and I had a headache the rest of the day. We moved it beside our back door but I can still smell it when I walk by. Will likely return.

This crib is delightful! We absolutely love it and I didn’t notice any smell so it was not an issue at all. My son has been enjoying this crib since he turned 4 month and he is almost 9 month now. It’s beautiful and honestly might be the best out there for the money !!!!
